Dr. Pachernwaat holds a Doctorate in Knowledge Management from Chiang Mai University, Thailand. His interest and expertise include tourism development plus community management.

Asst. Prof. Budsara holds a Doctorate in Social Science from Wageningen University (Holland). She is currently the Head of the Agricultural Economy and Development Department and in the past, was an advisor to the Sustainable Agriculture.

Asst. Prof. Piyapong holds a Doctorate in Policy Planning Studies from the University College London (UK). His expertise and research is in policy analysis, planning, governanceinclusive policy design.

Wasan Jompakdee, Ph.D
Asst. Prof. Wasan holds a Doctorate in Alternative Energy from the University of Reading (UK). He is currently a member of the Water Management Committee of the Ping River Basin, under the National Water Resources Committee as well as the co-founder and chairman of CCPE (Coordinating Committee for the Protection of the Ping River Basin and Environment.

Phetcharee Rupavijetra, Ph.D
Assoc. Prof. Phetcharee holds a Doctorate in Busines Education from QUT (Australia). She is currently working at the Department of Vocational Education and Wellness Promotion. She is also a member of both the East Asia Federation for Adult Education (EAFAE) and Association of Professional Development of Education Administration of Thailand (APDEAT).

Great Lekakul, Ph.D
Dr. Great holds a Doctorate in Ethnomusicology, South Asia and World Music from SOAS, University of London (UK). He has participated in many conferences in the UK and the US to present his research in different aspect of music and culture. He is also the author of many articles on the influence on Thai Society for Culture and Empathy. He is also a musician with Khorpai band.

Asst. Prof. Fapailin holds a Doctorate in Soil Science and Natural Resource Management from Chiang Mai University. She is currently the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and Curriculum Quality Assurance at the Faculty of Agriculture. She has several publications in the area of Soil Property in Coffee based Agroforestry Systems in Chiang Mai province.

Pobsook Chamchong, Ph.D
Asst. Prof. Pobsook holds a Doctorate in Local Government and Public Policy, from the University of Birmingham (UK). She is currently the Assistant Director at the School of Public Policy, Chiang Mai University. In 2017, she won the National Research Council of Thailand award for her dissertation on "The Initiation and Sustainability of Collaboration between Small Local Governments."
